What is Carib QR?+
Carib QR is your contact card in one tap or scan, for anyone across the Caribbean: students, creators, freelancers, side hustles and businesses. You get a mobile card page with your name, title, company, phone, WhatsApp, email and links, plus a QR code and an optional NFC tap card that open it.
How does the tap (NFC) card work?+
Hold the Carib QR card near the top of a modern iPhone or Android phone. The phone reads the NFC chip and opens your card page, where the other person can save your contact in one tap.
Does the QR code work without an app?+
Yes. Any phone camera can scan the QR code and open your card in the browser. Nobody needs to install an app, and your contact can be saved straight to their phone.
Which Caribbean countries and currencies do you support?+
Carib QR is built for people and businesses across the Caribbean, starting with Trinidad and Tobago and the Eastern Caribbean. Local-currency plans in TT$ and EC$ (alongside US$) are planned; creating your card is free while we launch.
Can I change my details after printing my QR code or card?+
Yes. Your QR code and NFC card point at your card link, not at the details themselves, so when you edit your phone number, title or links the printed card keeps working and shows the new details.
